1. These rules regulate the organization and execution of the “PROMOTIONAL LOTTERY” advertising campaign (hereinafter referred to as the Lottery) conducted by “Garage Masters’ Mall” LLC. The Lottery is organized by “Garage Masters’ Mall” LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer or the Mall, located at 1 Mazmanyan Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, TIN: 01279535).
    The Lottery will take place within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

SECTION 1: CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

  • To become a participant in the Lottery (hereinafter referred to as the Participant), one must visit “Garage Masters’ Mall” and use the services of “Garage Park” or theKIds Zone children’s playground on the same day. The total amount spent must be at least 3,500 AMD.
  • IMPORTANT: Purchases must be made within a single day and submitted for participation on the same day. Purchases from previous days that were not registered on the purchase date do not qualify for participation.
  • After making purchases of at least 3,500 AMD, the Participant must present the corresponding fiscal receipt(s) to the information center of “Garage Masters’ Mall” LLC to register for the Lottery and receive a participation ticket.
  • The information center will record the following details in an electronic database:
    a) Date of registration
    b) Participant’s full name, passport details (if available), and phone number
    c) Number of fiscal receipts submitted, fiscal number, and purchase date
  • A participation ticket (hereinafter referred to as the Ticket) is issued, consisting of two identical parts with a unique serial number. One part is given to the Participant along with the fiscal receipt, while the other is placed in a sealed and transparent draw box.

SECTION 2: DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE

  • The Lottery will be held from February 1, 2025, to April 5, 2025. After this period, any additional fiscal receipts will not be eligible for participation.
  • Participants who meet the spending criteria can enter the Lottery for a chance to win: 
    • A trip to Paris, France, for a family of four (4 days), including airfare, hotel, Disneyland, and Disney Studio entrance tickets.
  • Note: There is only one prize available. No other rewards will be offered.

SECTION 3: LOTTERY DRAW PROCEDURE

  • The draw will take place on April 6, 2025, at 17:00 at “Garage Masters’ Mall,” 1 Mazmanyan Street, Yerevan.
  • During the draw, the sealed lottery box will be opened in front of attendees.
  • The host will announce the prize and randomly select a winning ticket from the draw box.
  • The winning Participant must present their matching ticket stub and the fiscal receipt for verification.
  • IMPORTANT: The winner must be physically present at the draw with identification, the ticket stub, and the attached fiscal receipt. If absent, a new winner will be drawn.

SECTION 4: PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

  • The winning Participant will receive a certificate, which must be submitted to a designated travel agency to claim the prize.

SECTION 5: ELIGIBILITY

  • Only Armenian citizens or residents aged 18 or older may participate.
  • Employees of the Organizer, associated agencies, or their immediate family members are not eligible.

SECTION 6: VALIDITY OF PARTICIPATION TICKETS

  • The Organizer reserves the right to authenticate tickets using hidden security codes.
  • Any altered, illegible, damaged, duplicated, or fraudulent tickets will be disqualified.
  • The Organizer’s decision on ticket validity is final.

SECTION 7: CASH REDEMPTION RESTRICTION

  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.

SECTION 8: EXPENSES AND TAXES

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any costs, taxes, or fees related to the prize.

SECTION 9: CHANGES TO THE LOTTERY

  • The Organizer may modify, cancel, or extend the Lottery at its discretion.

SECTION 10: TRADEMARK PROTECTION

  • Participants are not granted rights to use “Garage Masters’ Mall” trademarks.
  • Unauthorized use of the Organizer’s branding may result in legal action.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE LOTTERY, ALL PARTICIPANTS CONFIRM THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE RULES.
